The crux of the matter with medical certificates: Proof or pretense?

Presumably every line manager or HR manager is familiar with it and has been annoyed by it: as soon as a dismissal is imminent or tensions arise in an employment relationship, the employee calls in sick. This prevents or thwarts a dismissal because it would be null and void. The same process can also be seen after a valid dismissal, i.e. before the illness and therefore before the start of the suspension period. As the Federal Council informed on the occasion of its media conference on June 29, 2022, the current development of the Ukraine war leads to the considerable danger of a gas or methane gas shortage situation in Switzerland in the coming winter.
The gas shortage situation would lead to the quota of gas consumption of individual industrial enterprises. The interruption or reduction of gas supply would cause enormous damage to the industrial enterprises affected by it.
